The design villa is built in a modern style that you will also find in places like Miami or Cape Town. However, when you stand on the large terrace that is situated in front of the living room and when you take a look over the surroundings, you will definitely realize that you are in Spain.

The villa is built on a very nice point of a hill in Olivella, a small town that belongs to the Garraf region. The Garraf is the beautiful Catalan Natural Park. The villa has on one side direct access to the Natural Park and on the other side to the Alt Penedès, the famous Spanish wine area that is known for its large variety of wines and of course of the sparkling Cava wines. The house is built on a plot of over 700 square meters, while the inside offers over 200 square meters of living area.

HallThe villa is painted in white with elements of grey at the lower wall parts. This gives the house a unique modern image. The house is constructed in four levels. At the upper level you will find the driveway that connects the villa to the road, and gives entry to the large garage. On the same level there is the bright and open hallway that connects three levels of the house.

The stairs take you down to the second level where you will find the living/dining room with access to the main terrace. This level offers stunning views of the natural surroundings. On the same level, there is the kitchen (with separate utility room) that gives access to a separate terrace.


On the lower level you’ll find the two double bedrooms, a bathroom and furthermore to the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite. Two bedrooms open to a large balcony. From this level, stairs take you to the garden level where you will find the infinity pool, surrounded by a wooden sundeck.

Inside the house, comfort and luxury go hand in hand. Relax on the large sofa when watching television or a DVD, have a good dinner at the dining table in the living room or at the table at the main terrace, overlooking the hills. Have a good night of sleep in one of the bedrooms after having enjoyed the dazzling night life of Sitges or Barcelona.
